To date, we have only been able to identify training provided by Property Management Companies (PMCs), which appears to be more about influencing board members than training them.

Research Phase has concluded on this Initiative. TBYH has identified five Pennsylvania laws that impact owner associations. We have also identified similar legislation that has already been enacted in Florida. We will be posting the research results soon.

We will conduct more research to see if we can identify impartial training for board members. At the the end of this process, if we don’t find any, we may consider creating it ourselves.
