We have identified two programs in Pennsylvania that may apply to HOAs. We are beginning our investigation there.
In Section 196-C of Act 54 of 2022 (“Act”), the General Assembly of Pennsylvania voted to establish the Housing Options Grant Program – Multi-Family (HOPMF).
The Pennsylvania HOME Program is available to low and ver-low-income households that are in multi-family HOAs.
